Features: Totally wind and waterproof. Elasticized hidden cuffs at wrists and a draw cord waist to ensure you stay warm and dry. A foldaway hood features in the deep collar for extreme weather. Seams taped and stitched to ensure total weather protection. Two outside pockets with integral hand warmers. Sleeve pocket with Velcro fastening. One inside zipped security pocket.
