A comprehensive assessment of the hazards is essential under Section 6 of the PPE Regulation to determine
the type and suitability of the Eye/Face Protection needed. We would be pleased to assist in the selection of suitable eye protection, including lens materials, and to offer a
complete on site eye protection survey.

PRODUCT STANDARDS / CE MARKING
|
|
|
|
CE Mark: Category 2 All Eye and Face Protectors, including prescription spectacles, except those for use
in high temperatures (100 degrees C. or more) and where there may be risks from molten metal, ionizing radiation or electrical hazards. These exception world be category 3.
The previous Eye Protection Standard, BS 2092, has been replaced by the European Standard EN 166. An explanation of the new markings under this Standard is given in the table
below.
